Pep band...

Today was... odd.
Started with a walk which took longer than normal. At school, we took an Econ test. The Econ test was not really put together very well. There was a set of axes without anything graphed. 12 and 13 were the same question. Etc.
English... we watched a movie! The Island. It's creepy. OH. And really weird. Because there's this guy whose name is Merrick--SHUDDER--and these people live underground and one gets out and sees a motorcycle and he's like "I want one." And I'm like WHAT? >_______>
During freep I finished Handmaid's Tale and it rained. Holy crepe, did it rain. And hailed. And blew like no tomorrow. Power briefly went out during this period.
Band... we had a tornado watch! We all had to go to the nearest safe area! The nearest safe area was the band room! Only one of those sentences needs an exclamation point! So we hung out in there today and didn't really have music literacy. The power went out shortly again, and it was pitch-black. And then on the way home, there were entire trees that had blown over, uprooted! Holy crepe.
At home I worked on coloring the Attolia tektek for a while. And then we had pep band for volleyball. It was... enjoyable. This is probably partially because it was volleyball inside rather than football outside, but... it's like belonging again. Weird. Oh, and my good mood was probably initiated by the fact that I played L's theme beforehand.
