Sorry. This entry will make you lose the game.

But that's because the game has a WEBSITE.
http://www.losethegame.com/

I translated something for them. But amateurly. Yup.

Umm...
I don't really have much else to say. Today was the last day of school. I made a mental tektek and then drew her. Don't feel like scanning that right now and don't know what to write.

This entry just isn't good for much, is it?
Like Yanda.

Least that I could do, in memory of you...

Well. So this morning in first period, I read a lot of Airborn, and then, as i wrote into my Gaia thread,
"For a brief bit I tried to get some description of T-II in, but when I went to find a picture of the Grand Staircase on google, the internet exploded. Yeah. That was kinda weird. (YGOA quote FTW?) And it happened repeatedly. You really need to stop doing that. (No, YOU do.) In any case I became distracted by looking at info for the game. DANGIT I just lost. And thats not the game I was talking about. I was talking about the Titanic: Adventure Out of Time video game. T______________T I missssssssss iiiiit. So much! T___T Give it back! (It was never yours.) (If it had been, I wouldn't have this problem, now would I?)"
Other than that... physics was mild, speech actually got kind of funny. Was talking with R.G. and R.B. (XD; we're like a trio...) at the beginning of class and we were talking about how pies would lead to world peace but then people would make Atomic Parsley and Mushroom Pies. (Mushroom for the clouds, parsley because R.B. has a program called "Parsley is atomically delicious.") Then at the end of the class, we were talking about putting masking tape on one's forehead to remind one to speak slowly during a speech, so we made up a bunch of raaandom answers to the question "What's that on your forehead?" It was very odd.

I feel slightly strange having random conversations like that with here-people. (XD Heeeeere people! Heeeere, people! Come'ere!) It'll be worse next year when I have to carry out senior year activities for a school that I have no attachment to whatsoever. I feel scorn for that school and will stubbornly continue to feel scorn. I am an LCC student. I will always be an LCC student. Which, of course, is utter nonsense.

Other than that... comp was fairly nice. We did not much. :D We watched some of Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe and I drew Aslan. Aslan is beautiful. Aslan is the reason lions used to be my favorite animals. Oh, and before that I drew L talking about being kicked to death by donkeys.
After school, I went to Esther's Circle, a girls' Bible study which I guess I haven't mentioned in here before. It was quite nice. And now here I am. Before I got access to this computer, I was rereading some old fanfictions in which I had characterized Near as almost-emotional. Which means that mode is sort of in my head right now..

Hilarious Oxymoron Clause

Well, today was considerably better than yesterday. Not that anything particularly fascinating happened... Let's see... nope, nothing really exciting happened. I swear, MONDAY I will start reaping the benefits of having a free period. Really.
ACK A TICK!
I shall return momentarily. T_T
Ewww. It was crawling on me. Maybe I won't be using that cute little path behind our house so much after all. Eww. And don't let anyone lie to you: those things are thoroughly un-squishable.
There was a tick crawling on me. T__T
In any case... parents and siblings are at a tournament, and they'll be spending the night at Grandma and Grandpa's house. So I am home alone! Gasp. And Mother left me money to go get Subway, so that's what I had for dinner. Maybe that's where I picked up the tick... THERE ARE NO SIDEWALKS HERE. I'M SERIOUS.

...I think I am going to make use of sisters' camera and sneak a few doodles I've done onto here. Ne?
Let's see here. This I did the night after we left California. It's colored in crayons. That was silly of me.

This decorates a divider in my binder. <3

You're about to lose the game. Near has no hands to speak of.

Alice. I drew this while watching Alice in Wonderland on Easter. The Cheshire Cat is, as of right now, faceless.

Loki is teh snazz. But he's a bad guy, what a pity.

Boogiepop! This is on the back of a grammar worksheet. The teachers here really like worksheets, so I have lots of drawing space.

Yes, Lain is supposed to be green. I drew this on the back of my English Free response sheet today. XD

Rush rush part NI!

Nnnnnnnni!
Shrubbery!
I must go study English or at least pretend to. Plus I have no idea what to write today. So.
Today was... pretty tame. Nothing exciting happened, except I told R. from my speech class, to whom I had previously explained Death Note, about the whole article fiasco yesterday and she was kind enough to at least feign interest/shock. R. is pretty awesome. :D She's weird like me and she enjoys SoUE. w00t. I have promised The Beatrice Letters to her at soonest convenience. Oh. And she plays the game, which I just lost. So unfortunately whenever I think of her I tend to think of the game. It's kinda inconvenient.
But yeah. That was pretty much the only interesting thing that happened to me today. Oh! But something interesting happened in physics; however, I'm not allowed to talk about it until tomorrow night or the College Board will EAT MY SOUL.
The end.
Ni!

Because trying to format MS Word is a pain.

I should be typing my speech outline right now, but 1) see title and 2) I'm not sure it'll be long enough, so I'm slightly worried.
So, as promised, the night entry!

I have decided that the thing I panicked over this morning is most likely an extended (if incredibly disturbing) coincidence--or I'll go with Death Note's early conspiracy theorists and say it would be some sort of covert government operation. In any case, that was two months ago, after all, and the demonstrators in Shibuya are probably conspiracy theorists themselves.
Edit: Okay, so I stand sheepishly corrected. It apears that it's a hoax that utilizes the BBC frame. That was freaky...

But DANGIT I wish I knew a Note fan here. Hmph. I wanted someone to tell about it all day.

In between doing physics, that is. (I just lost the game. Sorry.) I had physics pretty much all day, and that test was NOT FUN. NARGH. Other than that, I came home and chilled for a bit... haven't done much today.

So yarr. It's writing time.
This is from a little concept I've been working on (sorta), called Titanic II. We'll see how this thing comes out, and then I might explain more. (Or, as always, not.)

The man stared at the envelope in mild distaste. An envelope--and a heavy one at that, sealed with wax. Hand-written address.
"A Victorian," he muttered. "Why would a Victorian be writing to me?"
He slit the envelope open and squinted at the words inside. He'd learned to read at school, of course, but over the years since then the skill had faded from disuse. No one--no sensible person, in other words, no Modern--read anymore.
Still, with some effort, he began to read the letter:
Dear Sir:
You may have heard of a Victorian project that has, for the past two and a half years, consumed the minds of several of our most brilliant engineers and shipbuilders: a recreation of the famed, doomed ship, the H.M.S. Titanic. The new ship, Titanic II, is finally complete and will set sail on the 10th of April, Anno Domini 2112--the bicentennial of the Titanic's maiden voyage.
You have received this letter because your research on the R.M.S. Titanic is renowned world-wide. As such, you are invited to enjoy a first-class passage on the Titanic II with our compliments. On the voyage, you may enjoy both the luxury of the ship and the satisfaction of speaking with others who share your intellectual interests.
You are asked to take into consideration that this will be a Victorian voyage. Modern technology and clothing are severely prohibited. There will be Anti-Electronic Regulators in effect on board to make sure that this rule is followed; other than that, no Modern technology will be allowed. If necessary, Victorian clothing will be provided at request. Please write to [address which I don't feel like making up at the moment] to request such clothing, to learn more about this voyage, or to receive your ticket. We await your reply.
Sincerely,

Hmmm... Nope, don't feel like adding any additional info. Chew on that for a bit. :3 Time for me to write the need step...
